What to Know Before Your Event
Duration of rental
Each rental period includes six hours. Decorating and cleanup must be done within the six hour block, but we will set up tables and chairs before you arrive and remove them once your rental period is complete.
food & Beverage Guidelines
The Catering Kitchen is available for use whenever food is served. The kitchen was remodeled in 2008 to better serve the guests of the Captain Charles Leonard House.
No food or drink allowed in the North or South Parlors at any time.
deposit & Booking
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due 48 hours before the day of the rental.
accessibility
There is a newly built accessibility ramp leading to the main entrance, and all rooms are on a single level. The spacious center hall and Davis Room entryway make the first floor easy to navigate.
