Rental of the entire first floor includes The Davis Room, The Taproom, is a spacious, newly restored room that seats up to 75 guests. With large windows, it has a bright and airy feel. Rental is for six hours and includes access to the catering kitchen, outdoor space, and setup and teardown of tables and chairs before and after your event. Any additional decorating and cleanup time should be factored into the six hour rental period.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of booking
